5 ways to support a friend emotionally



Dont be a Therapist, Just be a Good friend

We all struggle, from time to time, financially, emotionally & mentally.
All other difficulties are easy to convey, with those who are closest to you. The exception being that of a emotionally draining occurence, because of the fear of being judged as weak! Here are 5 ways, you can help someone who is evidently in need of emotional support
1. Ask - Dont assume, dont guess, if you see someone not being their regular self, just ask!
2. Listen - To whatever they have to say, even if its just a rant, or a call for help.
3. Dont judge - This is the last thing they would want to hear, your judgemental (& not so needed) critique.
4. Find a solution - Assist them with self help ideas, to find a way through their difficulties. 
5. Be present - Sometimes thats all they want, someones presence. Just to know that they have someone to reach out to.
